At Go Vita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Go Vita account, select the specific order from your history, and click the 'Return Item' button to receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
